Weird Ad Watch

I've got a strange one that appeared in a mailer. A Grocery Outlet store recently opened in our area, so we've started getting their mailers. They sell discounted groceries and some other goods... it's on the other good side of the ad that the weirdness occurs. Did you notice it in the picture of the overall mailer, above? Here's a closeup to focus your attention:
