Our communities are falling apart, young people, old people, brown people, black people, poor people, and lots of other people aren't getting the respect or power they deserve. Why play games when there's so much work to do? There's a lot of reasons to look at, but first let's define what we're talking about.
For more information.......www.gamexgeek.com

game consolesRudra455https://www.blogger.com/profile/04101147697338127426noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3648287505936626900.post-31863087637072448192011-08-12T14:30:20.724-07:002011-08-12T14:30:20.724-07:00Thanks your thoughts, Steve!

The basics are there; OnLive has a low-cost hardware unit with high performance... with a couple of differences. OnLive's technology requires that you have a pretty high bandwidth, more than most homes have right now. And there's a lag issue there too, though apparently it's not bad if your bandwidth is good enough. They're trying to build out their library, and since that's coming from major PC and console game publishers, that's taking some time. OnLive's missing the huge market of freemium and social games, and the army of mobile developers, but they could certainly add that in at some point. I think they're a threat to the established console business just as smartphones are, but they have different hurdles in front of them.Steve Petersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13699029352175505260noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3648287505936626900.post-3786169038884688092011-08-09T11:10:47.985-07:002011-08-09T11:10:47.985-07:00So where does cloud-based computing like OnLive fi...So where does cloud-based computing like OnLive fit into this mix, Steve, or is it an orthogonal market to the smart phones and consoles?

Allan.grodoghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11800184312511280050noreply@blogger.com
